1) Call: Please contact our Product Service Department at 800-843-3544 to request a Return Authorization (RA) Number and shipping instructions.
2) Send it: Choose your preferred carrier to return the equipment to Williams AV. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package; this will help us return the equipment to you sooner. Prepay the shipping charges (no freight collect shipments will be accepted). Remember that items can become damaged in shipping. We will not be responsible for such damage. Please pack your items carefully.
We will repair out-of-warranty products based on parts availability. Out-of-warranty repairs will be charged at a standard service rate. See the information under “Standard Service Rates.”
Out-of-warranty repairs will be charged a diagnostic fee, and any additional charges will be quoted at the time of repair.
Ground (Standard Shipping) (Up to 5 lbs) = $20.00, (5-20 lbs) = $30.00, (20+ lbs) = Check with factory for shipping rates.
